Collection No. 1 — Low Tide

The hour after the tide turns is a quiet one. The sand is still wet and holding the sky's reflection, the light is cold and low, and there's usually nobody about. Low Tide is ten pieces built entirely around that hour — empty shorelines, a lone groyne post, one weathered buoy, nothing more dramatic than a gull on the horizon.

There's no midday sun anywhere in this collection, and no people. The palette stays close throughout: bone, wet-slate grey, one muted horizon blue, with the odd warm note from driftwood or a dusk tideline. Ten pieces, one idea, released together as Collection No. 1.
