Message us within 14 days of your order and we'll refund you in full, even if you've already downloaded the files. You don't need to give a reason.
A file that's faulty or doesn't match its listing
If a file is the wrong type or the wrong size, won't open, or doesn't support the print sizes stated in the listing, tell us and we'll fix it or refund you. This applies whenever you notice the problem, not just in the first 14 days. Screen and print colours can differ slightly between printers and papers; that isn't a fault, but a genuinely wrong or defective file always is.
How to ask for a refund
Message us through Etsy, or email hello@steadykeel.co.uk. You can also post your request to Larkspur Editions, 4 Balister Drive, Hartford, CW8 1TX. You don't have to use any particular words. If you'd like to, you can use our model cancellation form.
We'll refund you through Etsy, to the payment method you used, within 14 days of your request.
This doesn't affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
